Our 1st annual Holiday Giveaway from Low Cost Pet Vet!

This holiday season, we want to give back to our clients with a holiday giveaway! Do you have a pet in your life who would be blessed with a year of free preventative care*? Let us know! Two deserving pets will be selected from all entries.

OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

Participants agree to the following terms. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility. Contest is open only to those who submit an entry between December 1st, 2023-December 18th, 2023 and who have previously visited Low Cost Pet Vet, 3202 W Irving Blvd as a client. Employees of Low Cost Pet Vet and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Low Cost Pet Vet as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online on December 1st, 2023 and ending December 18th, 2023. All online entries must be received by December 18th, 2023, 11:59PM EST.
4. How to Enter: Participants must submit their responses to the questions ‘How did you hear about Low Cost Pet Vet, and how long have you been with us?’; ‘Why do you think you and your pet should be candidates for winning this giveaway?’; and ‘What is your favorite story about your pet?’ along with a picture of their pet via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, or by the following form: https://forms.gle/KcqvVEZPwKakbsYQ6.
5. Prizes:A free year of preventative care will be provided to one dog and one cat participant. The prize details are as follows:*A FREE YEAR OF PREVENTATIVE CARE – DOG PACKAGE includes:
   a wellness exam with a vet
   core annual vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, Bordatella)
   a heartworm test
   1 year of injectable heartworm prevention.*A FREE YEAR OF PREVENTATIVE CARE CAT PACKAGE includes:
   a wellness exam with a vet
   the 3 core vaccines (Rabies, FVRCP, and FIV/FeLV test)
6. Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from the Low Cost Pet Vet team. The winner will be notified through social media on December 22nd, through a post on the Low Cost Pet Vet account and a direct message to their Facebook or Instagram account. Low Cost Pet Vet shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, nonfunctional account, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT LOW COST PET VET’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
7. Rights granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Low Cost Pet Vet, anyone acting on behalf of Low Cost Pet Vet, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, likeness, image, photos or statements provided for the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
8. Terms: Low Cost Pet Vet reerves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Low Cost Pet Vet may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Low Cost Pet Vet. Low Cost Pet Vet reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this contest and not to Facebook or Instagram. You agree to release Facebook and Instagram from any and all claims. 

Contest Details

We will be accepting submissions until Dec. 18th at 11:59pm.
The 2 winners will be announced on Dec. 22nd on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

By entering the giveaway you are agreeing to the following:

• I agree to provide Low Cost Pet Vet with the photos and content I send, and agree that they may use the information I provide in future social media posts for promotional purposes
